Decent concept, wild execution—it wanted to be Bullet Train so bad but it never quite gets off the runway. The action is nonstop, but the plot feels like it’s an afterthought.

Trap: Unhinged and Unrealistic
M. Night Shyamalan’s movies tend to be polarizing, but I find myself enjoying them more often than not. The twist of Trap was twofold, for me, in that the ending was oddly interesting, but I also was not expecting the plot to be what it was based on the trailer.
