Cuckoo: Explanations Are for the Birds

Really torn about this one. Similar to my feelings with Zendaya in The Challengers, Hunter Schaeffer’s performance in Euphoria made me eagerly anticipate the release of this movie. While I feel her performance was perfect in this movie, I feel the movie itself was flawed. It definitely keeps you engaged, but fell short at explaining the why of it all. It’s totally fine to take people on a psychological roller coaster but without a clear catalyst, it will probably leave you confused more than anything.
