In the Beginning

When I first decided to get in shape it was after the New Year. I went to the local health supply store and looked at what could aid me in gaining muscle. I asked the clerk who worked there if she could assist  me. I explained to her what I was trying to accomplish and after she showed a few products that I might  be interested in, I decided on a particular product. It came in a “protein shake” form that tasted like vanilla. It was $40 for nearly 5lbs. of this powdery substance.
Stay True to Yourself

Being best friends with a fitness instructor, I had him put me on a regular exercise routine that I could do by myself. It consisted of running, lifting weights, and a few other exercises I could do in the privacy of my own home. I was on a 2000 calorie diet and exercised every day. It was hard at first to stay true to the 2000 calorie diet, but with the help of this protein shake and some Hydrox Slim diet supplement capsules to help suppress appetite, I was gaining muscle fast. I noticed my bench pressing was getting stronger and it built up my self-confidence, so I was adding weight at about 4 to 8lbs a week. My squatting has never been better. I started at doing about 400lbs and worked up to 775lbs in three months. I went to a size 42 inch waist to a size 36. My chest and arms are now well formed and I got myself some six pack abs. Keep with your Exercise Routine

The one thing most people do when they get themselves into shape is to start slacking on their exercise routine. You MUST NOT do this. Remember that you can gain that weight right back very quickly when you start skipping your exercises. Some people gain even more weight than they did before they started gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat – remember that!
